Hello all,

Could someone please list me all the forms needed to apply for a B2 visa? I was searching on the internet but I couldn't find a clear answer - it was all very confusing. I think I need a DS-156? I don't know if it matter but it is for a person from Japan. I know Japan is part of the VWP however she plans to be in the US for longer than 90 days so she is going to apply for a 6 month B2.

go to the tokyo embassy website... all will be there... but the DS-156 is the beginning
