If I am waiting on my interview date for the CR1 and I live in government housing now will my husband get rejected at the interview? I am also on Food Stamps and Medicaid as well as WIC.

If I get one will they deny him or anything because I am so financially unstable?

I am sad because NVC had acted wierd about this and have not cleared us yet!

If your income does not met the 125% threshold and you do not have a co-sponsor he will not be approved. You will need to find cosponsor or find a job that gives you a income above the poverty guidelines.

My family thinks he is not good because he is Muslim! They are scared to do it for that purpose! So basically I need to know if I get a job now wont it be too late? They need tax papers and stuff. How do I get all that in time? I am at NVC right now!

What is the poverty level for 6 people?
