It has taken so long, that even though I have almost everything we need for the next stage-I am so shell shocked that I don't know what to do first!!!!! :dance::D:blink:

FINALLY after NO internet at all for almost one month, I’m BACK ONLINE! :D:P

My internet connection has been cut off for almost one MONTH due road workers, who ripped the cable apart, while digging a couple blocks away from me! :angry::crying:

Hoi Mark,

Heb je inmiddels al bericht gehad van het Consulaat? Vanaf nu gaat het snel hoor! (en da's maar goed ook ;) )

Ik heb gisteren mijn SSN aangevraagd en die ligt als het goed is over 10 werkdagen in de brievenbus.

In ieder geval veel succes alvast met het hele Consulaat gebeuren!

Hi. I haven't posted anything in this area, but I also have a K-1 Visa that I applied for for someone who lives in the Netherlands. I found out today that the case was sent to the Embassy. Does anyone know how long it takes to get an interview scheduled after the forms from package 3 are sent back? Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions that we should be aware of. I read the reviews in the Embassy review area and things seem to be very straight forward. But, I would be nice if anyone has any tips or suggestions.

Hi Rhonda! Welcome! :D

Our K-1 JUST arrived at the Embassy in Amsterdam also-like you I have heard they are fairly fast and efficent. As far as I know the Embassy will be sending him instructions on what he needs for the interview soon.

I am sending Mark the documents he needs for the interview this week FedEx and as far as I know the Embassy will be sending him a list of what he needs to do and what he needs to bring to the interview.

There is some good information on this thread for your Dutch fiance also!

Best of Luck-It really looks like our fiances will be interviewing around the same time! :thumbs::D

Thanks for the quick responses. Yes, Michele I was thinking that we should have our interviews around the same time. I'm getting all the things I need to send ready this morning and plan on sending them to him today. I'm so nervous and excited to finally be at this point.

Bevalt ’t een beetje in je nieuwe “thuis”?

ONS NOA2 pakket is 13-07-06 afgeleverd in Amsterdam of wel 9 dagen geleden. :D

Echter heb ik tot op de dag van vandaag nog NIETS gehoord! :huh::(:unsure:

Maar ik denk dat het lang verwachte pakketje deze week en anders volgende week wel binnen valt!
