This is what we have together: Joint bank accounts. joint auto insurance. utility bills and lease. We do have some letters to this address. We have a letter from his bank saying I am in his accout but we have no cancelled checks. We did not get the checkbook changed to both our names. I am not on his car title. I am really worried. Do you guys think all this is enough? I do have lots of pics together.

This is more than what my wife and I submitted so hopefully you two should be alright. You don't need cancelled checks and not everyone includes their spouses on their car titles.

I am not sure what visa you came on (wrote "other"), but if it was a K1 visa, you have already proven that you wanted to get married since the non-resident alien had to go through the interview process in his/her home country. This is why numerous K1s actually don't have to go through an interview in the AOS process because it is believe they have proven this requirement in the first interview.

Best of luck in your journey together!

I would recommen updating your timeline to make it easier for otehrs to help answer questions regarding your situation. Plus, it helps tracking the visa progress.

I think the documents you have should be fine! when I filed mine, I only have joint bank accounts statements, credit card statements, and lots of pictures with both of us and family photos. we never live together before we get married, so we do not have any joint bills. Luckily, my process was smooth.
