I think the nice lady handles the English speaking interviews. Unfortunately my Fiance can only speak Thai and will probably have it with the mean guy if he handles the Thai interviews. I hope at least he is proficient in Thai.

Thanks for the report Thanti... keep them coming

All the interview reports we've seen in the past 2 weeks have been with the lady. It would appear that the man is no longer there. Perhaps reassigned to other duties, maybe even no longer at BKK Consulate.

Also, past reports with the man indicated that he does not speak Thai and relies on his assistant for translations. Whereas the lady is (from reports) bilingual and speaks both English and Thai.

Things are looking much more optimistic than during the dark reign of "the man". Interviews are occurring, they are perfunctory and hassle free, people are getting approved, visas are being issued. Yippee!!!

Awesome, we had interview on June 8th, Super cool lady and Thai assistant picking up Visa Wednesday 3pm jumping on a flight back to LAX thursday.....I'm going back to Cali, Cali, Cali....I'm going back to Cali....with my beauti-full fiance....who is 7 months pregnant with our 1st child.....who will be born on US soil....and have a US passport.....what a relief....

Everyone who is waiting.....R-E-L-A-X....trust me...after 4 months of useless stress trying to control the uncontrolable

I've realized that the Power of Omnipresent Good ALWAYS gives me what I need.....

First of all, congrats on your success.. :)

If I may, I would like to ask which airline you are flying back to the States. I have heard that most airlines do not allow pregnant women in their third semester to fly for medical reasons.

Thanks in advance for your response.

And Congrats to all who have been approved. Also the best of luck to those of you who have the interview coming up...

Yes, it's me , Nuch. Are you around at USvisa 4 thai site? The lady that I had the interview with was really kind. Before the interview I was worry about my Fiance income last year because he just finished school and just starts to work in September 2008. But I have asked my fiance to send me most of his job offer documents along with I-134 and his 2008 tax return. I also submitted one recommendation letter from the pastor who I really restpect and one of our good friend 's letter telling about our relationship. While I was having the interview ,the lady didn't even mentioned about his income at all.

This lady is really nice and I didn't feel any nervous at all. I think everyone could get the visa if they did prepare their documents for the interview. Good luck and God Bless you to everyone.

I am curious, what is the shortest relationship ( length of time knowing each other) that has been approved for a VISA? Any ideas?
