K-2 Age requirements for interview?

Hi. Are my fiancee's children required to join her in the interview for her K1 visa? They are 9 and 12 yrs old.

If the children applies for a visa at a later date after my fiancee has moved to the US (they would be 10 and 13 yrs old by that time), do they have to be interviewed?

My daughter came to the US after I was already here, so she had to have her own K-2 interview (this was in Canada).

So, your fiance's children will most likely have their own interviews as well. They didn't ask my daughter any questions except for the reason why she didn't come to the US at the same time I came. She told them she wanted to finish school in Canada and that was it.

Oct. 9/03... I-129F sent to NSC

June 10/04... K-1 Interview - APPROVED!!!!

July 31/04... Entered U.S.

Aug. 28/04... WEDDING DAY!!!!

Aug. 30/04... I-485, I-765 & I-131 sent to Seattle

Dec. 10/04... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport stamped)

Sept. 9/06... I-751 sent to NSC

May 15/07... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Sept. 13/07... N-400 sent to NSC

Aug. 21/08... Interview - PASSED!!!!

Sept. 2/08... Oath Ceremony

Sept. 5/08... Sent in Voter Registration Card

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

WAY easier and a LOT less hassles to bring the kids with moms. If not possible have the kids do the medical and interview with moms and follow within a year.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Yes they will be interviewed. No need do CFO tho.

I brought my stepdaughter over in the middle of the school year with moms. She didn't have any problems adjusting.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
