removal of CR2 status

hi everyone. i was just wondering, how do i remove my condition? i was petitioned by my stepfather and my mother is preparing to remove her conditions. will i file a separate waiver or will i be included i n my mother's waiver?

It depends on when you received your green card. If you received it at the same time or within 90 days of your mother you can be included in on her application. If your green card was approved more than 90 days before or after your mother's you need to file your own separate application. If you are able to be included on your mother's application, you do need to include a separate biometrics fee to cover your fingerprint appointment. Good luck.

Mom has to included you in part 5 of the I-751 plus pay the biometric fee.

when will i file? 30 days before my green card expires? do i need to send them evidences? thank you so much for all your reply
