Hello All:

today i filed an i-130 for my wife and 2 for her children. however i only completed 1 page of the G-325A. What will happen because of this ???

You should complete and submit ALL 4 pages of the G-325A for the both husband and wife. Good luck in the rest of your journey :thumbs:

Since you already sent in the file, when the file is received by the service center, they will most likely send it back to you because it is incomplete. Then you will have to resubmit the file with the 4 copies of the G-325A for you, and 4 copies for your wife.

I would expect your case to be processed normally if you provided 1 page of a G325a for each of you, one for petitioner and one for beneficiary. Submitting just one page is not the recommended procedure but I've never heard of an RFE or rejection for failure to submit four pages. If there's only a G325a for one of you, different story.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I wasn't sure what to do so I had my husband sign a blank copy (4 pages) and send it in. I didn't recieve an RFE nor was my application put on hold because of this. When we went for the interview, the IO told us that she was going to approve us but we had to go into the waiting room and my husband had to fill out the blank copies then return them to her.

Your application may or may not return to you but they will cash your check and you may have RFE, all depends upon who is handling your case.
