ok i need some quick help as we are running out of time for her kids k-2 from the philippines,seems the phil.govt is a quacky as the USA is onn getting visa approval we just found out we need this affadavit to get the kids out of the philippines.we live in albuquerque ,by the way she got here june 1 2008 got married july 7 2008 and are very happy!!!!!! so can we take that to our bank and have them notarize is so we can send it to philippine consulate los angeles so they can chop it so we can get it to the kids ? please help us on this on
