I am getting ready to file for parents and sister who is married and has a child.

What documents do I need to submit with my I-130 for their files.

Please advice.

It took us 1496 days from day I filed I-130 to Citizenship & Oath.

The Guides above are very complete. You can learn what documents you will need to submit to apply for your parents and sister from these guides.

As a US citizen, your parents will be classified as Immediate Relatives and it should take about a year for them to get immigration visas. You must file separately for each. There is no derivative beneficiaries in this category, so no one but the beneficiary will receive an immigration visa.

Your sister will be classified in the F4 family immigration category, US citizen petitioning for a sibling. Currently, immigration visas are available for F4 (who are Indian citizens) with petitions filed before January 15, 1998. She will have to wait around 11 years. This category does allow for derivative beneficiaries - meaning her husband and unmarried children under the age of 21 (at the time a visa is available in 11 years) will be able to get immigration visas also.
