We got the NOA today with the one year extension. :dance: We are very excited about it. Only one week from when they received it in Vermont.

Why does this NOA say if you have not already done so, provide supporting documents to assist USCIS in processing your petition.......then they list lease, joint ownership of assets, tax returns,etc. That is what was included with the I-751 filing and you needed to submit these documents with the I-751?

If you don't get your biometrics appointment letter within 30 days of your receipt notice. Call USCIS and do a Service request for a appointment letter.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
