Unsubscribing?

I must be an idiot, but I can't figure out how to unsubscribe from individual topics that I am receiving email notifications for. I read this in the emails:

You can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your control panel and clicking on the "View Subscriptions" link.

But I can't seem to find this anywhere. Anyone?

My controls-> Subscriptions-> view topics

Subscriptions is on the left side of the screen 2/3rds way down

View Topics opens and there is a drop down tab to change the information

does anyone know what is the magic button to turn off *multiple* email notifications? The email promises that just one reply will be sent per session on the board, but I get one for every reply made in a thread.

I'm sure I've mucked something up, but I can't figure out what!

In the email setting in 'My Control' you ticked Enable 'Email Notification' by default....yes? In the drop down menu have you made sure the default is selected as 'Daily Email Digest'. It its not working as such then there is hiccup and perhaps Ewok can solve it.
