Dear All,

I received the notice for AOS interview( I arrived US on K1 visa, filed the AOS on Nov and already received my EAD card), but when I read the notice for the things you must bring with you for the interview, I don't understand the following 2 items,

1. All documentation establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident status

2. Original and copy of each supporting document that you submitted with your application. Otherwise, we may keep your original for our records.

Can anyone explain clearly and detailed for me, please? Thanks so much.

Take copies of all the important documents and evidence. Saves the IO from making copies. Speeds up your interview also.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
