RECEIVE PACKET 3 need to be home???

Hi,

I am now waiting for my packet 3.

I am NOT in Belgium at the moment and am not going to be for a few months.

How do they send the package? Through normal mail, or against a signature?

If they need a signature, can it be of someone from my family or does it HAVE to be me?

if you had put Begium address on i-129, it will be send it ur address in belgium.

i believe , u will also have to get the Police certificate from belgium, not sure if a person must be present or not.

after it is obtained either by ur family member/representative, then could ffd pack3 to u to fill out other info then u could send it back to us embassy in belgium.

may b packet 3 from embassy could be delayed and may b u would get it after u r back to Belgium.

They send it by regular mail.

You could look up the Us embassy web site for Belgium.

most forms, u could downloaded and filled it out urself .

Thank you. I will have packet 3 sent to me. I was just wondering about what kind of delivery they use, cause sometimes you NEED to be the one picking it up!
