I will be requiring a waiver based on the "K1 approval within the last 2 years" requirement listed on the new I-129F draft.

According to the new statement issued regarding the RFE's, there will be an explanation as to what is required for the waiver of this condition listed on the RFE. This may be available for review before the new I-129F draft becomes available.

Can anyone here who is expecting an RFE commit to sending me the wording from that RFE regarding the waivers?????

Everything required for IMBRA is on the USC's part and is about the petitioner. I think he's talking about the fact that he filed for a K1 in the past 2 years so he will need some kind of a waiver.

Anyway, when I get that RFE, I'll post the wording about the waiver for you bradentejas.

It is in reference to the petitioner...stating in the directions that you will need a waiver if the petitioner filed an approved K! in the last two years or has filed 2 or more total K1's in a lifetime. But it does not go on to explain the waiver process, only stating to request it in writing with "supporting evidence".

Thank you KitKat1....I will keep an eye out for it!!!!!
