Hiya peeps! Need some good ole advice on the K1 visa. Will be sendin off my sheet in a few days or so. What evidence should we provide and can anyone tell me is it best to do cashiers check or regular check? Ok, ya'll get back to me now. Toodly doo.

You need to provide evidence that you have met within the past two years - Things like plane/train boarding passes, stamps/visas in your passport, photos together, tickets to places you have gone together, that kind of thing.

You also need to prove an ongoing relationship. For this you can show letters you have sent to each other, emails, chat logs, phone records...I believe you are allowed to edit out personal information from letters/emails if you wish.

For example, my fiance and I will be providing the lease of our apartment, 5 or 6 photos of us with our families and just the two of us, emails to each other over the past year or so, boarding passes from our trips back and forth between Australia and the US, tickets from flights we have taken together, and copies of our passports showing we have flown. I'm also going to provide the evidence from my F1 visa application, as my fiance was involved with that also.

Check the guides on this site, they are a wealth of info for all of us going through this process!

Also, I would use a personal check as then you can see when the service center has cashed it.
