Hi fellow VJ'rs!

I just to clarrify if we need to attach the DS-3032 form in the email and send it together the DS-3032 templates at Jame's shortcuts? Or we just simply follow the DS-3032 EMAIL TEMPLATE and nore more attachment of form? Pls let me know. replies would be appreciated. God bless

we sent ours just as a regular email no attachments.

just send them the info as it is on Jame's shortcuts and they will accept it no attachment required i did it and it worked but it takes them a lil while till they answer you back
