I am, and hope I will be one of the first people to get RFE, since my NOA1 is March 8th.

I wanna be after you...well you then Razor and then I will take my turn... I think its just the 3 of us left with NOA1's from March from Vermont!

March 29th!

We should receive something this week I think.

If they do send it immediately.

We got 4 now.......We can almost have a party :dance:

rlt...you cheated your timeline says you got to your NOA2... myself,razor and Igor are still at NOA1 in March

Oh, I got it now.

My NOA1 was indeed in March, but I didn´t know you guys were still waiting for a NOA2.

I think Mike is in the same situation as I am.

Add me to the party!!!! I am so stoked right now, I called everyone I know to tell them the good news. I really hope they do keep some order to this. It is only fair that they process these by receipt date. I am wondering if our Cases will be touched when they send the RFE out to us, and we can track our petitions again.

Does anyone know what they are classifying as a marriage broker?

We met on Yahoo Personals, and we started our relationship with emails and phone calls in February of 2005.

I'm so happy!!!!! I just had the worst day with work and my fiance. I was so depressed this morning when I was reading two more weeks for RFE's. I just want to cry with joy!!!! This will really help me go to sleep tonight and focus at work!!!!!! I'm so happy for all of us. Thank you to all of you who have kept the faith for the last few months. It has kept me sane.

I'm march 8th too! I certainly hope they do. I remember reading last week that you couldn't get information on your recalled petition even though it had been sent back ages ago. Did you ever find out if it was received? NVC kept telling me they had no info on mine which made me very nervous!

Letter received saying our petion has been recalled!!!!
