Hello,

which original documents should be sent with the Ds-230??

the birth certificate

original or copy of the divorce certificate for beneficiary?

original marriage certificate??

and original police clearance?

anything else?

and which of these are copies or originals?

all of them originals and if you wanna send them the copy must be certified to be accepted and translated for sure

Don't forget:

  • Passport photos of beneficiary
  • any police, prison, military, or court records. Check this link out to see what you need:

  • proof of payment
  • we also sent a photo copy of the entire packet

2011-03-25 : USCIS confirmed they did not mail NOA 1, given case number

2011-04-05 : Infopass appointment passport stamped with I-551

2011-04-19 : Walk in Biometrics completed (2 weeks early)
