Give it a day or so and give the department of state a call. Do you know how long it takes to get an automated response from NVC? I sent the email for the DS-3032 but have not gotten a response yet, should I resend from another account?

You should check with them everyday this week to see if you get scheduled for an interview this week. They are currently scheduling interviews.

Just got an email from NVC saying they acepted the agent

and will generate my DS320 and IV bill

also i know it is by email because my husband did not send the DS3032 till today

which is still in transit to VSC not there yet even

I sent the email from two different accounts. So hopefully the accept the Choice of Agent by the end of the week.

I sent our email for the DS-3032 on the3 3rd and then again on the 6th dont know which one they approved but we got the conformation e-mail today. have not mailed a hard copy so it had to be the email accepted. They generated our IV Bill today AVR has not been updated in our case as of yet.

It took 4 days for NVC to reply my e-mail with the Choice of Agent (I sent it on Monday afternoon and they replied it on Friday afternoon). So it is usually fast. They replied it even before my husband received the AOS payment instructions letter on his mailbox, which happened the next day (saturday). So when he got our Invoice ID number on the instructions package, the IV bill had already become payable online. This way he paid both bills on the same day. This morning both bills (AOS and IV) display PAID on their website. So this afternoon or tomorrow morning my husband will send both packages. They should receive them on friday. I'm wishing for a case complete before the 20th.

Thanks for the information. Since I sent the emails last night, hopefully they accept the DS-3032 by the end of this week. Has anyone tried tracking their I-129F through the DHL website today? I tried using the method I posted earlier, but it seems they now require the customer number of the sender or receiver...please let me know if anyone else is having the same issue.

hey all...I have our interview date for K3 in mumbai....I plan on accompanying my wife for the interview

so now what all forms will I need to take from the US.

I have not filed my 2008 taxes yet...so will my tax records for 2007, 2006, 2005 work???

will I need I-134 or I-864???

ArubaDolphin - You are on a roll!! Almost there...

A&R - Your wife will need to submit most of the forms to VFS atleast 10 days before the interview. Go to the mumbai consulate website and download the packet 4 instructions, it outlines all the documents that you will need. You may get asked for the 2008 tax returns, but just say you haven't filed them, and take the past 3 years. I believe you need the I-134 since you are going the K-3 route, check the Packet 4 instructions from the Mumbai Consulate website. Good Luck!!

We got our receipt number for I-130 but nothing for I-129f. So my question is that can you send DS-3032 already to the NVC even though we don't have receipt number for I-129f?

Got the AOS Bill and Paid the AOS Bill. Waiting for my Employment Letter so I can send the I-864 package, and the wife is heading to the passport office in the next hour or so to get the Passport PCC. Hopefully the pieces come together next week
