The additional tax returns are additional evidence and not required. But from the posts I have read it is recommended to send all three. Your husband should talk to his accountant and see if he needed to file taxes based on his income in those years.

Update. DS-3032 and AOS Bill have been generated. As far as my I-129F its still on its way to the Mumbai consulate. I tried tracking the I-129F using the DHL tracking and it still shows in transit.

Try this (got it from a previous post)

1. Go to: http://www.dhl.com/

2. Select track by Reference, enter the info as follows:

EXP DD MMM YYYYA

EXP is constant

DD is the day the NVC said they shipped the case.

MMM is the three letters representing the month the NVC shipped the case

YYYY is the year the NVC shipped the case

A is constant

For example, if the NVC says they shipped the case on February 5 2009, this would be entered as "EXP 05 FEB 2009A".

3. Date range for shipment - From: Enter the date of the day NVC said they sent the case

4. Date range for shipment - To: Enter todays date

7. Once you enter the info, press "Start Tracking"

8. You will see a result page with a number of packages going out to different consulates/embassies. Look for your consulate/Embassy.

If you don't see your package try the day before the NVC said they sent your package.

i emailed it 3 days ago and got a reply they didn't have my case

Where are you emailing your DS-3032? it should go to the NVC email address.

i already emailed on to NVC

i also send one to US embassy in Caracas

They accept it to for us embassy mail

MAIL in Aruba takes 1 month or more to get to your house

so i mailed hard copy to nvc and and email

and an email request to send all paperwork to my husband to caracas

To get status on your I-129F you can call the department of state at:

202 663 1225:

Option 1

Option 0

To get to an operator, and then give them your NVC case number for the I-129F.

They should be able to tell you if the consulate/embassy received it, if the packet 3 has been sent etc.

i called they say embassy not received?????

Its possible that your package was sent out either the day before, the day, or the day after NVC said they sent your case out. Check those three packages using the tracking that I sent. If it was received today according to the tracking give it a day or two to update in the system. I called NVC and asked for a status on the I-129F case, and the operator said that NVC doesn't get updates on that case type once they send it to the consulate/embassy.
