That's not cool. Did they acknowledge that the payment had been received?? I just got off the phone with the operator, and was told my papers are currently going through review...and to check back to see if everything was ok. I guess I will be calling back in 6 hours or so

They Did acknowledge it showed paid in one spot but not the other

I also emailed them the same letter they emailed me back with a computer generated paid receipt of their sight

SUBJECT: IMPORTANT!!!!! MIX UP IN PAID IV FEE IT ALREADY HAS BEEN PAID! CRS2009******

Hey guys. I haven't heard anything from nvc either. I called and they said they haven't received anything with my case number, ill try again tonight

That's long time from file being approved and still nothing at NVC. You might want to check with USCIS and ask them if they forwarded your file to NVC. Good luck!

Dont worry, you should hear "case complete" by either tomorrow or friday.

Thanks Waithatter - I just find some of the AVR messages pretty ridiculous. I am definitely happy that they are reviewing my file, and hoping for a case complete.

Have you received your interview date yet??

Nena23 - Definitely start calling USCIS to see what is going on with your case. If you don't get an answer, call your congressman and senators and get them involved.

Got a supervisor on the phone

they understand why i am frustrated

they show one part of their system paid and the other unpaid

I got by email today the invoice for the IV bill

they are not aware of this email

and to top it off they say my IV bill never been generated!!!! They don't know why!!!!!

So this i got to deal with

I don't even know if both packaged arrived ok

THIS IS SO WRONG!!!!

An operator told me that it got generated so I paid it!

And it still not generated!

I was wondering if not having emails and chat logs would be a problem. But the fact that we talk on the phone for about an hour or more a day I would think is sufficient proof, along with the greeting cards. That's my task over the weekend to get all of that done. I am dreading making photocopies of 12 months of phone bills which are at least 60 pages each!!!

I checked the checklist on the Mumbai consulate website for you, but that has the consulates name on it.

I have some emails between me and his brother and sister in law and some with his mom

so that should help

I also got my mom and my best friend to sign a third party affidavit, i did not notarize it, just let them type it and sign it

and pictures that is mostly what we have

oh yeah we are looking for paperwork on me being beneficiary of his 401k and also combined bank accounts

and we are looking at the paperwork of my health and life insurance paid by him true his company

Ok, so it sounds like there more to the story, then just the bill showing as paid in one system and not in another.

The fact that the bill was paid before it was generated probably caused the issue. I remember that my IV bill showed it was available to be paid in the online system 1 day before the bill had been generated.

What did the supervisor tell you? Your packages should be fine, they are just going to wait for this to clear up before they review the packages. Do you know how busy the embassy/consulate is in Aruba?? If they aren't that busy, then you will probably get an interview date for April even if your case doesn't complete this week.

Well they told me that they should not have told me to pay it

Then they also told me it will be reviewed and i paid it to early, even do I was told i could

But that for them it has never been generated, they don't understand why it never got generated, since they did accept my DS3032

So no my case is on hold till they review the paid issue

so who know

she said that they will review it and it will take max between 1 and 15 days but probably will happen before then

My guess is after this i guess she will look into it herself

The other odd thing is they are not aware of the email that got send to me the IV BIll by email dated 4 march? Go Figure

NOTE TO ANYBODY ELSE SEND A COPY OFF THE RECEIPT IN THE PACKAGE!!!
