From my understanding, if there was a gap between when your AOS and DS-230, that they send a missing DS-230 RFE. From other posts that I have read, you can ignore this RFE since you have alreay sent it. I don't think you need to be worried at this moment.

Got the scan of the passport PCC and have sent the IV Package via Express Mail, its been gauranteed to be delivered by Noon tomorrow. :) Now I wait for the magical words of "Case Complete". :) :) :)

Don't worry you will be there soon. I was getting frustrated about the Local and Passport PCCs, but in the end it worked out. How far has your husband got with the paperwork?

My husband actually took the envelope he put the papers in and printed the barcoded coversheet on it, there is also one inside the envelope!
