HELP!!!!!

If you are in the States you can go to the IRS and they will help you. I did the same thing a few years back and they didn't screw me. I actually got back a sizable amount. If you think you're going to owe you probably will want to consult Block Head or one of the others.

Do I file as married?

If you are actually married, which it appears you are, then yes. You will need to get your Wife an ITIN. Here's the link to the form:

http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw7.pdf

You will need to get your marriage certificate notarized at the Embassy or Consulate, along with notarized copies of 2 qualified ID's, unless you submit her Passport, or a notarized copy of it. It is the only stand alone ID that you can use.

The drawback is that her foreign income is subject to US taxation. I can't see going to an interview without having filed as married though.

The option to use is married filing jointly. You can't claim her as a dependent, but you can use her as an exemption. Hopefully you'll be as lucky as I was. It doubled my return.
