Ok, me again  but just 2 more questions and then i think im pretty much done on my AOS package...

1- Can any of the forms be hand written in black ink or does it all have to be typed

2-I know both sponser and joint sponser has to fill out I-864 but does the main sponser (andrews mother) have to give all her w2s, letter from employer ect all over again like she did for the k1?

3- Not sure if many of you will know this (hopefully theres a camp america person out there reading this) but i did camp for 2 years under a j1 visa (not restricted by homestay) and on AOS form it asks if i have ever applied for employment by USIC before. I just got the visa ect through the agency, i did not apply myself to get a work authorisation and im not even sure if this is the same thing. Has anyone else been in the same position as me? any1 a camp cpu8nsellor before?

THANKYOU!!!

1) YES, I would recommended signing using blue, or blue/black ink.

2) Andrew's mother is NOT MAIN-Sponsor, she will be Joint sponsor, your spouse MUST be the main sponsor. And yes joint sponsor needs to provide financial evidence backing up the numbers on the 1040, the simplest thing to do is to call 800-829-1040 and order simple IRS transcripts.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

3 - That question is on the I-765 for the EAD not for AOS.

As a camp america worker you did not apply for employment authorisation, you were sponsered by YMCA.

Thats how I answered and my EAD is in hand.
