Hello Everyone!

I have a question.Ive signed up for an infopass appointment for Friday and my Removal Conditions has been approved. The letter states that i should bring 2 recent photos and the same kind as on my Alien Card.

So the types of photos i was using for the Alien Conditional Card were as for the I-485 applic.:

1) The photos must have a white background,be unmounted, printed on this paper, and be glossy and unretouched. The photos must show your full frontal facial postition with your head bare. The photos must be no larger than 2 times 2 inches, with the distance from the top of the head to just below the chin about 1 and 1/4 inches. These were the types of photos on my Conditional Card.Is that correct?

2) Or should i use the types of photos were requested with the I-751 application as:

The photos should be glossy and not retouched or mounted. The photos should be 2 times 2 inches in size and have a white background. The dimension of the facial image should be about 1 inch to 1 3/8 inches from the chin to the top of the hair in a full frontal view.

Help me please i am confused!

Sincerely.

Basically, there is an 1/8th in difference in the outside limits of the chin to the top of the head - all other requirements are the same - so I think you can go with either and you will be fine. Basically, it is the same as a passport photograph now. Good luck:-)

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
