Should I do something? It's been 133 days! I don't know should I call? Or just continue to hope they didn't loose mine? I am dying here and I keep seeing people approved before me?!!!

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between March 3, 2009 and March 21, 2009*.

I say wait....

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

You are well within the time frame. There are many with your filing date still waiting. If you call you will get a standard repsonse simply telling you that you are within their processing times.

Because of the way petitions are adjuticated, you will find many who filed after you getting approved. I know it's painful...this is the hardest time... but it is coming. ;)

moving to progress reports.

Not much you can do, if you call they will just tell you to call again when you are outside the normal processing times, which is 6 months or longer depending on VSC or CSC.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I read replies I guess everyday I'm looking for more hope and more answers! Isn't that what this is for to help each other out? ;)

You'll get the same answers everytime you post the same question. Have you joined in with the Vermont September filers thread? You can discuss lots there.

Posting the same topic 3 times in 8 days is a little much IMO ;)

Yes, we are here to help each other out. Unfortunately, the answers to this particular question are going to remain the same whether you post it 3 times or 100 times.

Just be patient. Take a look at the timelines and keep track of the processing timelines on the USCIS website. That should be your guide as to when to start worrying about your petition.

“The key to everything is patience. You get the chicken by hatching the egg, not by smashing it.”

Just think about it...every person that is approved before you is a step closer to your approval. Hang in there, you're still within your time frame.

I know how it feels, but theres nothing you can do to speed it up. We just have to wait and hope  My original VJ estimate has come and gone and we filed before you, so you're not alone. Good luck!!

My heart goes out to you, and to all that's waiting...nothing more frustrating than not knowing when you can be with your loved one.

Tim and I JUST started this process, but I have a strong feeling that even though our timeline estimates the end of June, beginning of July, we'll hear something before then. Seems to be the average around here...

*Course...I've been married twice before, so who knows the goodies USCIS found when checking out the "families"...LOL

Tim is so impatient with all this. He doesn't understand there is NOTHING we can do, except PRAY. He want to contact a Senator now... and I said...um....don't think that will do any good yet...lol...It's going to happen...take a big deep breath. I bet you hear something soon, and then suddenly, it won't feel like it took that long! Just go over everything you need for the next step, and have it all ready....

Getthere, just hold in there just like the rest of us sept fillers! I hope that we all hear something soon. And if posting a lot and talking a lot to people helps do it! The VSC slow down of the Aug fillers has been especially aggrivating for all of us, when we first filled our VJ estimate for adjudication was in like the end of Dec/ start of January.. and well the day after tmrw is February already! But there will eventually be a time (like your 25th wedding anniversary) when we will be able to look back and say now that wasnt so bad afterall....
