Hello Club Colombia!

It's been a long time since I have been active in the forums. I can see that Diana is still graciously helping everyone in the process.

How's everyone? lucho, buck, diana and Nydia.

Monica and I sent the I-751 Removal of Conditions yesterday. I can't believe it's almost two years of residency for her, plus the arrival of our son Ethan.

And oh, belated Happy 2010!!!!

Hi Chester, all is good here. Moved to South Florida, love it. Check was cashed for ROC March 5th. I hope this is not a pain like everything else. I am dreading going to Miami for the Bio Metrics. I have heard it is a very busy place.

hi all i am in barranqilla today and sandra had medical on thursday? they say that the x rays show maybe something wrong with her lungs but they are not sure and that they need 3 more test to verify? she had the flu before test so we are all hoping that is what it is. our interview is tue what happens if we do not have medical durning interview? the doctor said we do not need that if they approve that they will wait for test to be finish is this correct? no we are worried but i think she just has a cold and i do not know why doctors can not tell the difference

Sandra explained that she her interview with Harrold will proceed on Tuesday. Her 3 extra Medical examinations will take place Monday morning through Thursday. If their visa is approved through the Bogota Embassy, her exam results will have to be clear on her lung examinations. Leidys, myself and Harrold are all hoping this relates to Sandras cold she had last week, and nothing serious. Harrold will keep us posted - they will arrive in Bogota tonight from Barranquilla.

Each state is different so it's best if you call the North Carolina DMV to find out what their rules are for tourists. Most states will accept another country's driver's license as long as the person is not a resident of the US or the state in which they'll be driving, but check with them to find out.

Leidys and I overlooked some signature spaces on the AOS forms, and I mailed the packet back to Chicago on Saturday with the forms corrected. When the forms were returned with the letters reading 'REFUSAL NOTIFICATION' on the paperwork, I was taken aback at first. Hopefully, the paperwork is correct this time, and we can get her EAD and AP sooner than later.
