OMG I AM SO HAPPY YOU GUYS. MY FIANCE GOT HIS VISA TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance: HIS MAIL COURIER CALLED HIM TODAY AND SAID COME IN 3 DAYS AND PICK UP YOUR PASSPORT WITH THE VISA!!!! NOW HE JUST HAS TO GET A TICKET TO THE USA... AND EVERYTHING IS SET, INSHALLAH EVERYONE ELSE IN WAIT WILL GET THEIR VISA TOO.... I AM PRAYING FOR YOU ALL......YA'ALLAH I AM SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance:

Jul 24,09 Pending,you can call every day for update but the day they call him for passport it means something is up so you get to know it before we do

Jul 31,09 Pending AP

Aug 06,09 Call from USEM requesting to submit passport

Aug 07,09 Every thing looks very good,visa issuance is up to the consulate!!!

Aug 07,09 Passport submitted

Aug 07,09 USEM is requesting applicant's passport :)

Aug 17,09-call 1 Visa issued Aug 3rd,EM recvd passport on 10th but still havent returned it

Aug 17,09-call 2 Case pending some kind of processing (URGHHHHHHHHH NOT AGAIN)

Aug 18,09 call to pick up passport,picked up from AMEX

Sep 26,09 REUNION :)

anyone who had to send in g 325 a's ??? or is it just meeeeeeeeeee?

what about G 325 A's... 4 pages filled and signed by me and 4 pages for my wife... but how she is suppose to sign those pages she is not in the USA, does this mean She needs to send those forms filled out and signed to me first before i send in the 130 application? how did you guys do it?

Thanks everyone.

one more thing my parents are planning on moving to a new home in CA, now since all of our mails come there do you think USCIS would forward my husband's green card to the new address or u think it would become a problem w/providing them with a new address;

And approx. how long does it take to receive SSN, GC in the mail after POE?

07-08-06 – Married

01-17-07 – NOA1 rec’d

05-10-07– I-129F Approved, in 90 days from your filing date.

05-10-07 – Forwarded to ISB Emb.

06-19-07 – Initial Interview date but since he had business trips later changed to August 28, 2007 put on AP , given white slip

03-28-08 – call DOS case going in & out of AP

03-30-08 - called ISB said they requested case to be expedited

04-08-08 - Husband received email from ISB to pick up visa :) :) yippppyyyyyyyy

04-02-08 - VISA PRINT DATE

04-21-08 - will be in ISB to pick up visa :) :)

VISA IN HAND on 04-21-08 VISA Issuance DATE on 04-02-08

June 6, 2008 Arrived in USA POE Detroit, <10mins to do immigration, very nice + helpful officer, Zero harassment level even though husband has a very very common name

Yes send her blank G-325A's.. she should fill it out, sign it, and send it back to you.. I sent about 8-10 copies of those G-325A's to my husband.. he filled out the required ones and signed the rest of them (blank ones) in case I needed to re-submit or change anything here.. DHL takes only 2-3 days and USPS takes only about a week to reach in the major cities in Pakistan.. She should definitely DHL/fedEx it back to you since these are most reliable from Pakistan.

September 22, 2008- NOA 1 Received

September 17, 2008- Became a USC

September 18, 2008- Upgraded I-130

March 20, 2009 - NOA2 (email)

March 25, 2009- NOA2 (hardcopy Received)

April 3, 2009 - Case Number Assigned

June 5, 2009 CASE COMPLETED AT NVC

June 9, 2009 Interview Date Assigned

July 16, 2009 Interview AP

August 24, 2009 DOS Operator said "VISA HAS BEEN ISSUED TODAY" Alhamdulillah

August 26, 2009 call from embassy to PICK UP THE PASSPORT :-)

August 27, 2009 Picked up the passport... woohooo!!!

September 9, 2009 US Entry InshaAllah

October 13, 2009 SSN and green card in mail DONE WITH USCIS until husband applies for his citizenship!!

The journey of 4 years, 8 months, and 3 weeks has ended!!!

august 2004 I-129 filed (neb)

DEC 2004 Approved

interview: SEOUL

MArch 21st , 2005AR for special security clearance,washington

May 18th tranfer case from Seoul to Islammabad

June 21st security clearance done

June 28th online at the embassy in Islamabad

waiting for paper transfer and the good word

OCTOBER 14TH 2005 Interview Number 2: ISLAMABAD, PK

AR number 2 sent to DOS per Islamabad (2 cable request)

Nov 22 okd updated financial and etc proof accepted / embassy waiting for security cables

dec 20th one cable back waiting on 2nd

Jan 17th.. good word recieved. SECURITY CHECKS ALL CLEAR!!! DOS says embassy to contact him within two weeks!!!!!!

FEBRUARY 10th, 2006 VISA RECIEVED!!! They called him In via phone, stamped his passort and sent him on his way!!!

FEB 28th WELCOME HOME>>>POE CHICAGO did not even look at xray, few questions. one hour wait at Poe

march 10th marriage (nikkah at the islamic center)

aug 2006 AOS interview, cond 2 yr GC arrived september

June 2008 applied for removal of conditions on permant residency aka awaiting for 10 yr greencard

Dec 2008 10yr green card approved, no interview.

Yes 4 pages has to be filled out by her n four by you.You can tell her to download it ,here is a fillable and saveable copy

or if u know all the required info about her ,fill it out,save it and email it to her,tell her to make sure evry thing is ok.Then she can print n sign n send it to u via DHL

Thanks you guys, so POE is port of entry, but what is the process like? Does my Fiance have to do anything in particular to go through it? Also I dont know which airport is the safest one and which one wont give him any problems? I am thinking he should come to the US through the karachi airport. What do you guys think? not EXIT!!!so it can never be Karachi.I think u meant u he will leave from Karachi.

All US airports are SAFE and no one gives any one any problem .As ur profile says,u r in NY so most likely his POE will be the international aiport that services that area of NY (for example if u r in Brooklyn,queens,LI,Westchester probably it will be JFK) When ur fiance buys his ticket,u will know his POE

Well yes i meant leaving from karachi. sorry, lol. Umm he has not bought a ticket yet, because he has to renew his pakistan visa, and i was also wondering how far along they will issue him a ticket, i hope a week or two before ramadan... But honestly I dont care when he comes as long as he arrives here in ny safe and sound. I thank you all for your help. YOU ARE ALL IN MY DAILY PRAYERS. THIS IS A GOOD MONTH, SO HAVE SOME FAITH AND YOUR PRAYERS WILL BE HEARD. AMEEN.
