Salam guys

how are u all ? i hope all fine

now its up 2 monthes and no ( notice of action 1 )

and when we calles USCIS to tell them that we have little mistake in spelling of the name in the translation contract they s

sent correcting one but i dont even know for where and how they gona to be know thats my marriage cntract

and ask about the case or the track # even

they said sorry we cant verify thats yr case from sound

i really dont know what can i do

hope anyone can advise me

Did you pay the fee by cheque? If so has it been cashed?? If you are able to get a copy of your cancelled cheque the USCIS case number should be on the back. If it has been two months they should be able to help you. Keep trying and good luck.

Yes, see if the check you submitted with the application has been cleared. You can try and find your case number on the back as well. I would also suggest writing to your congressman/congresswoman to see if they can help track down your case.

If it was a money order you probably won't be able to check. However, if you submitted over 2 months ago they should be able to tell you if they have your application.

From the USCIS site:

While we will not research the status of a case that is within the normal processing time, we do offer a variety of case services while your case is pending with us. Please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for assistance for any of the issues listed here.

If you mailed your application or petition more than 30 days ago to a Service Center or to our National Benefit Center, and have not yet received a receipt in the mail.

All I can say is just keep trying. Good luck.
