Hi guys,

I have just noticed that my passport expires on the 19th of september 2009, my question is if i apply for a new one does the passport number change and does this affect my k-1 visa application with is nearing the interview stage???????????????? Please help

For me, it will not affect...you have to renew it...it has only 8 months to expire...anyway, you will have the old passport after you renew.You still have reference on the passport number you used in your case docs...

For me, it will not affect...you have to renew it...it has only 8 months to expire...anyway, you will have the old passport after you renew.You still have reference on the passport number you used in your case docs...

It will not affect to your K-1 application, renew it and bring along w/ you the old one on your day of interview... just in case, good luck!
