aos interview feb 9 ????

Hi guys i have my interview in 1 week , i have a question i had a misdeameanor dui back in 07 went to school and comply with court/i never had no problem whatsoever with any law enforcement/ the letter that i received it states to bring a court cert copy of sentence also my wife is 10 years older than me im 30. do you think they will deny me or someone had any experience. my appt will be in chula vista ca. :crying:

I think that if you went to court, followed all court decisions, complied with them, and have all your paperwork related to that situation at hand, you should not have any problems.

I am sure the interviewing officers have seen this before, and if you are willing to show them that yes, you had that misdemeanor, but you took responsibility for it and it is over and done with, that should not stop you from getting AOS approval.

As jasman0717 said, they are mainly looking for proof that you and your wife have a real marriage.

Thanks a lot i was nervous due to the fact that im new with all of this. will keep posted hopefully goes really well
