I think they only need what is written in the white slip. If you want, your mom can also bring your pregnancy records and some pictures of you, sophia and his dad. hope that helps :)

That was my same question too if i can petition my mom to accompany my two kids when its time for them to travel. Vj'ers said yes your mom can with a tourist visa. Also with regards to the documents,, your medical records will be a big help,, I had my CRBA with my 6 month old son whom i gave birth in PI last May 2008 and never had a problem.

I think they (USEM) want you to show your husband's length of stay here in the US as one of the evidence.

Good luck and hope Sofia will be with you soon. i know how it feels got two kids still in PI

i submitted all those documents you've shown . One best proof is your husband's birth cert. if he was born here or naturalization and his school records as you need to meet the maximum length of stay required. Like i said i did nt have any problem with my CRBA and was not even required of the DNA test. it's just a matter of giving them the documents they need. Good luck.

Also proof that you live together in the same address during your conception..that includes pic with him when you was still preggy and the medical records is very very important for them.
