Hi all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone on here that is a US citizen that has filed for cr-1 spouse visa please help!!

I am a US citizen.. and my husband is in India... Our NVC case was completed on DEC 29 2008 but we still have not received any info on any interview dates...........

IS there anyone with a similar case that can enlighten me and let me know generally how long it takes to have interview?

Our case was originally filed in OCT 15 2007 and it has taken this long for it to get approved becasue it was stuck at the vermont service center for almost a year before getting transferred to the california service center.

Our embassy office would be NEW DELHI..............

please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as u can imagine he is getting quite frustrated because the case is taking soooooooooooooooooooooo long and we have been married for almost 2 years and he is still in INDIA and I am here in the States.....

thanks everyone...take care!! :unsure::wacko::blink:

sorry im new to this.. but what exactly is the NOA2?

What visa are you filing for? K1,K3, or CR1?

NOA2 is Notification of Action or when they have made a decision on your I130. Your past that and into the councel it sounds like (If it's already been approved by the NVC). According to this http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...r1cr1historical they are processing from Jan 30th. It might be time to give them a call and make sure they got it.

Hello,

I am sorry it is taking soooo long. Keep calling the NVC. Have your case number ready and they should have it. I am surprised you don't have a February interview date.

My husband's was in New Delhi too. I was there and it was not bad at all. He is here with me now!

Good Luck to You!
