There seems to be a lot of nice hotels in that area.

We stayed at EuroTel, across the street from Robinson Mall.

American size and style rooms, with air con, kingsize bed, hot water. Cost about 1400 pesos per day.

Seems like SLEC,USEM,PRISM were all a short taxi ride from there.
