Vi, you look great and little Sofia is such a cute little girl. Congrats again. Sorry, you still don't get to take her home but the time will come and soon you can take her and have her all for yourself. Just be patient (I know this is a lot easier said than done). Hugs to you momma.

Vi - she's such a cutie pie! Just let her hang in the hospital...they're letting her cook away so to speak. :P Her little lungs need to do some more developing but I'm sure she's all good! She looks just too cute and I'm glad you're feeling better. WTG on walking around Manhattan - episiotomy and all! You go girl!!! :thumbs:

@vi: sorry to hear she still couldn't come home. soon (F) glad to hear your belly is shrinking :P i cant forget to check VJ at home tonight, cuz images are blocked here.

I had my 36 weeks appointment. i'm not even 1 cm dilated. The baby has dropped, he's weighing around 6 lbs, he's supposed to gain another 1.5 by his birth and be an average 7.5 lbs baby. If he doesn't decide to come early, he'll be born on 4/13 at 1030 :D

oh, and apparently i gained 5 lbs in 7 days lol. My doctor said that's impossible and i am probably retaining water, plus TMI -

pooping

only twice a week doesn't help.

Nessa, that happened to me at my last appointment - I gained 4 lbs in 1 week after being at the same weight for over a month, but I too was constipated. Sucked big time!!! :ranting: The nurse said to me "honey, don't worry about it - it happens to all you ladies at the end." :lol: I weighed myself on Monday and I was back to my normal weight. :P

my mom freaked me out the other day. She said when i was close to being born she fell and i turned and she had to have a c/s. i was born overdue, btw. i never knew that.

I just can't wait to get the baby out...the feeling of heaviness is hard on the body.

and by dropped i mean his head is down there, ready to come out :dance:

That is how my baby is - he's so far down that they can't even see his head on the U/S anymore without me pulling down my pants. How crazy is that? :unsure:

3cm Dilated 70% Effaced. Head is engaged and I have a bulging pocket of amniotic fluid which will result in a 'gush'. I am expected in L&D tonight sometime. Contractions are varying in intensity every 6-7mins.

My Timeline or lack of:-

08-29-2000 First met

03-02-2004 He proposed

03-19-2004 Married Cincinnati, OH

03-25-2004 Forms filled waiting on Certified Marriage License.

03-29-2004 3 Copies of certified marriage license handed to me at the local probate court with the $2 per copy fee waived!!!

04-17-2004 FULL packet mailed off finally to Cincinnati Local office.

04-29-2004 Recieve NOA for I-130 and I-485 for our son.

05-01-2004 Recieve NOA for I-130, I-485 and EAD for me.

06-15-2004 Appointment for Fingerprinting and Biometrics at Cincy Sub office. - DONE!

06-17-2004 Cases status for AOS's and EAD updated on USCIS website.

06-21-2004 Fingerprinting review recieved by MSC for I-485's processing resumed.

07-06-2004 Change of addresses sent out to Nebraska, Kentucky and Cincinnati.

08-04-2004 EAD Approved.

08-16-2004 Applied for SSN card at local SSA, relatively painless but with a quirk.

01-30-2006 Interview Cincinnati, APPROVED pending Medical and Vaccination Supplement.

Girls girls, don't worry about your weight at this point so much, I'm not even pregnant and my weight fluctuates 5 lbs from morning to night or from one day to the next by simple water retention or hormones. During my period I go even more haywire, I tend to drop a few lbs before the period starts than I bloat up like a balloon during it and go back to regular weight after.

I am sure all the end of pregnancy constipations, hormones, water retention is all something not to go crazy over, in a few weeks you girls will be shedding the whale pounds off and then with breastfeeding you'll start to feel human again. :lol:

Staashi, looks like you're due any minute now!
