@Chnst: Buy some cake mixes (I'm sure even whole foods has them). I made Adam's Birthday Cake for about 5 bucks with everything. So much cheaper and it is fun to actually bake it and see your LO smash it.

Ben looks like you, so cute (that means you're cute too haha.)

Speaking of cute. Here's miss Allie from last night playing with her daddy. I had all the lights in the living room on but my camera is not too good with catching light. http://s181.photobucket.com/albums/x244/Ev...nt=MOV05495.flv

OMG Evi that video is hilarious! I laugh like that when I hear a dirty joke. Priceless how she spits up in between!

Yeah, I guess I will make a cake, any ideas for a theme? My brain is so clouded and sleep deprived I can't think of anything. I appreciate input! He doesn't really have a favorite thing yet, like Elmo or Disney.

Adam had a regular cake made in a 9x5inch baking form with chocolate frosting and sprinkles.

@ Eveline - I love the video ... how cute :)

@ Chnst - I have been trying to plan a party too. I still haven't decided if we are going to do it here in NH where we live or in CT where my family is. I think we will just have a regular cake, no theme this year .... unless I can somehow become Martha Stewart and make a Curious George cake (he loves his Curious George stuffed animal). But since I have minimal baking talents, probably just a round yellow or vanilla cake it will be :)

BTW, I love the new pics of Ben. He is such a cutie :) Declan is pretty much in 18-24 month clothes too because he is tall, but he is still skinny and sometimes, some of the pants fall off him when he crawls or cruises.

Love the video of Allie :) She is getting so big

I love the pics of Ben. I cannot believe how big he is! Declan, Ben, and Zaid are all big boys! Zaid is also in 18-24 mo clothing..He is tall and skinny.

Curious...what shoe size are the 11 month olds in? Zaid is in a 5 or 5.5. and I feel like his feet are too big for his body. lol...

I'M A MOMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Girls

I have so much to tell you, this have been a crazy week for us, are yo ready???

Well, on Monday around 11pm and after checking my emails I went to the bathroom and after pee I saw some blood, honestly I wasn't nervous at all. Then it happened again about an hour later and then we called the doctor, she told us to go to the emergency room. I packed a few clothes for me, a few clothes for the baby (just in case) and rushed to the hospital. We got there and I was having contractions every 9 minutes, they gave me some magnesium to try to stop them but they came more often, every 4 minutes to then finally stop  around 7 am. Omg those contractions are really painful!!!

On Wednesday they told me that I'll have to stay another day to be in observation and they will let me go home on Thursday morning. Huby left the hospital around 9pm and around 12am they came to check the baby's heartbeat and see if I wa having contractions, guess what, I was having contractions but I wasn't really feeling them. Around 3am I had to call my hubby to let him know that I was in labor and he had to call my mom and tell her to take the next flight from Peru.

Around 9am I was just 1 cm dilated, around 12pm 4cm and then they gave me the famous epidural, I was in heaven!!! but the feeling went away when I was 9cm. Hubby makes fun of me 'cause he says that I was saying funny things ( I was in drugs). And I felt this urge to push, honeslty I tought that I wanted to go to the bathroom but the doctor kept saying that that It was a normal feeling. I saw the doctor getting ready and the nurses too and they explained me how to push, HORRIBLE!!!!! I was crying of pain, I wanted more drugs!!!!!!!!!!.

The bad news is that they had to cut me down there, NESSA, you won't even feel it!!! seriously!!, I pushed three more times and they kept saying that I was doing a good job. the last time I felt the head, and finally the body, yes, I felt the whole body coming out!!. and you get to feel the placenta too.

They put my baby on my chest and It was an amazing feeling :star: , to hear her crying for the first time and then the dorctors telling you that she is perfect and realy healthy for 34 weeks.

Sofi was born at 34 weeks on March 19th at 4.22pm

weight:5.15 pounds

19 inches

Here I'm posting a few pictures, I hope you like them, we are in heaven with our little one, right now is a little crazy at home, we ar very tired and getting ready to bring the baby home on Tuesday.

I gotta go girls...

Hugs

Oh my god!!! Congratulations Vi!!! She is absolutely beautiful :) Take care of yourself and post whenever you can.

@ Kelly - Declan is in size 4 shoes, but we are about to go up to 5. His feet seem huge to me too. The only baby here I really have for comparison (his "best friend" Tyler who was born 2 days after him) is a short chunky monkey (adorable!) whose feet are a lot smaller than Declan's.

So, Declan just woke me up with his coughing. He is now sound asleep again, but I can't fall back asleep, so I took this time to finally download all the photos from Declan's big trip to Canada. Here a few photos :)
