Zaid has the spinning wheel, the alphabet guitar, the alphabet drum, and a alphabet book, He doesnt like any of them. lol I wish he did though.

Yesterday we went to walmart for groceries and we went to the toy section like always and he spotted a "Ming Ming" doll from 30 feet away. He LOVES Wonderpets so I of course let him get the doll. Hes been carrying around next to his cheek since yesterday :) lol

Kavi has various toys and doesn't play a lot with most of them...but he loves cars and anything with wheels!! He finds it fun to just go outside and look at cars passing by. Car is one of the words he first started using all the time last spring, and he says it so well. :lol: I think he has a car obsession.

One thing Jona really enjoys: his cats. He carries the baby (10 weeks) around and plays for nearly an hour straight with him. Little Garfield enjoys it as much as Jona. However he is scared out of his mind of dogs, I suppose cause they lick him and he hates that. And maybe cause they're bigger?

About presents - so far, we bought Declan a kitchen set (because he loves playing with the one at daycare) and a Sit n Spin (mostly because I loved it when I was a little kid!). Declan loves playing with trucks, so we will get him one or two. Trying not to go overboard. He also loves books, so we will get him more.

A friend gave him this Leapfrog thing with magnets where he has to match animals (put together the front and back parts of the animals). He adores it (although I am about out of my mind hearing both the song when he makes a correct match and then the song when he combines a duck in front and a horse behind).

I am toying with the idea of trying to find a rocking horse, because Declan loves the carousel. Not sure if it would be a waste of money though.

We're not buying Christmas toys this year because 1st, they have a lot of toys (in my opinion..other moms tell me that they don't have very many gg) and 2nd it's not appreciated yet and 3rd we'll be in Germany anyways and I don't want to lug everything over there and then back again. I might sound mean but I just don't want to give them sooo many toys when 3 weeks down the road all the pieces are missing.

Jenn, in looking back at my journal, we had a four-hour stretch one morning two weeks after Rayan was born, although that was unusual. I am pretty sure he was sleeping four to six hours at a stretch regularly at night by the time I went back to work at eight weeks. These days, he will sleep eight or more hours at a time, although I cosleep with him a lot, so it's possible he's waking up and nursing without my knowledge sometimes. It seems like there's a large variation between babies, but I think you'll be getting that four hours before much longer. Good luck.

Went to my first appointment with the midwife today.. man - if i have to lay in bed and someone poking around like that for 9 months.. i'm not doing this again :crying:

At our midwife, they only do one ultrasound for the whole pregnancy - at 18 weeks.. I think that's normal, right? I told them this is still not feeling so real to me and sometimes I thought I made this up and I had to go get the pregnancy test just to make sure I wasnt dreaming.. so she's sending me to the first trimester ultrasound in 4 weeks.. at least if I see the sticky bean then I might feel like it's more real :blush:

I already lost 2 lbs since I couldnt eat and the Zofran makes me feel worse.. b ut I took it last night anyway coz i couldnt keep anything down yesterday.. today i had some fruits, some salad and a donut!

K-1 = 4 months

AOS = 5 months

I-751 = almost one year
