I like to know by adding the name of the kids on the I 129F does this make it easier for bringing them to the US in the future? Does the kids having the last name of the father would make it difficult in applying?

I know too many question I have to ask, but this is the ony way to be safe and avoid any mistakes.

There is no room for failure...

K2 visas for children require birth certificates evidencing their blood relation to the mother as well as (usually) permission from the other parent.

Whether to add their names to the petition is a no brainer. The information is asked for, so you give it. They will have the privilege of applying for a K2 visa if that's the plan.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Yes. If you are petitioning for a K 3 visa they could get K 4's if thier names are on the original petition.

Be aware that each of them will require a seperate 130 form as well.

It doesnt matter if the father is willing to sign a document allowing them to leave thier home country which will be a requirement prior to getting a visa.

Except if these are your fiancee's children they would be coming as K2, not K4 and will not need I-130's filed to adjust status, like a K3 and K4 do.

To obtain correct info you need to fill out your information including a timeline. That will help avoid the failure you indicated.

I am petitioning for a K1 Fiance visa. The kids are her's of course from here XBF if it make any difference. What would be the difference between applying for K2 or k4? I can't find information on the k2 when I tried to search it here.

Thanks,
