Hi everyone,

I have a big problem.I spoke to a lawyer and shes telling me I need joint accounts with my Husband in Turkey..He is there I am in U.S.How do I go about having a joint account at my bank,they wont let me I already tried.What else can he be joint of with no signature and not being here with me,im confused.lawyer tells me there is alot he can become joint accounts in here without being here, but wont tell me till I pay her and shes saying I have to pay her right away or case is closed by next week,..MM,,pushy huh?Laywer wants 3000 to help me,shes saying its a difficult case cause I had prior marriages to 2 imigrants and and I also need proof of the

abuse and why they left,I dont have any proof only my family cause all was lost on my computer years ago..now what?thanks again all!!! I think lawyer is a little expensive,shes saying itsa hard case,,,mmmmmmmmmmmmm..help!!!Pushbk where are you!!! :star:

You do have a complicated case but joint accounts in the US are not required to obtain a spouse visa. You probably should retain a qualified immigration attorney though because they'll need to gather a lot of detailed personal information to help you. I think I'd walk away from this one though. Not because she's too expensive but because either the two of you don't communcate will or she's lying to you.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

how are you?Shes suppose to be top notch expert,but when I asked her about the k-1 also shes said I must withdraw it,and I had sent her a website that Mark Ellis wrote not to do withdraw ths k-1 until I answered uscis.Also shes being a little pushy about me hiring her quickly.That made me think why would she not take my case if I cant take my time.I have only till next week?Shes desperate I guess.Il look for someone else,,ill write you when I do,,,have a nice evening....
