I just send in my 1-130 application and waiting for Notice of receipt from USCIS. I checked online delivery confirmation and it received in Chicago. How long before i hear from them or receive a receipt?

I was looking at the requirements for K-3 Visa for my spouse it says i need to send G-325A form again. Is that tru? I already sent G-325a form with 1-130 application.

Please advise. also are there any thread that shows what people did after they sent i-130 off to USCIS?

Thanks,

Usually you get a receipt in 1-2 weeks. When you file the I-129f you get to again attach a G325a for yourself and your SO.
