Fiancee traveling to US alone or with you?

Once the visa is approved, my fiancee and her family will plan an engagement party about 3 months later. Hopefully by then, airline prices will be cheaper so I can hopefully have my parents come, too. After being there for about a week, I'll fly back to the USA with her. My main concerns are that I don't want her to be stressed about the POE and getting lost at the airport since her English isn't the best.

Hmmm... Seems so far away now but I am pretty sure that my SO will travel to Toronto and we will drive home together... I don't think he would want me to drive to Washington, DC all alone! ;)

My fiance is planning on coming over for a week before travelling back with me. It allows him to spend some time with my family again, see a bit more of England and gives me the bonus of extra luggage allowance to bring my things over.

I really wanted to accompany my husband back here to the states but the timing wasnt right for me to go and we would have lost money rather than have money to spend once he got here

i was so nervous cuz he never flew internationally

i made sure he flew thru Paris, cuz he speaks french and from Maroc to Paris I knew he would have no problems

honestly I am so proud of him

he made it thru everything on his own, with just a few tips from me

if you have the money....and your SO doesnt speak good english or never had flown before, maybe better for your own piece of mind to go and come with

also, to be with your SO during such an emotional time of leaving their life and family behind.....priceless
