Ok, I booked a ticket to fly home for a visit end of this month, and I'm just printing out the PDF. I noticed that there's a $7 fee for "US Immigration User Fee" ####### is that?

greedy bastards :P

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

nope, I don't need an I-94 I have a green card. Plus even if I did, they'd charge me that not til I actually pass thru US immigration on the way back. This fee is right on my ticket along with Canada Security Charge and combined taxes.
