maybe the diet water has minus 50 calories. so if u eat like 1800 and drink 5 bottles of water, in the end of the day you'll have eaten only 1550 cal.

Did you know on the back of "I can't believe it's not butter" Butter spray it says there is 0 calories and fat in 1.5 sprays. Interesting, If lick a stick of butter there is nothing in that serving amount either.
