Hi

im a Indian citizen married to a US citizen.she is filling a I 130 for me there.and she sent me G 325a to fill.

currently im filling it and encountered several questions. first of all

my mother uses her name in passport as Dalip Kaur... but in form they ask her maiden name and first name

so in form i fill maiden name (..) first name (Dalip) ? is this the right way?

then in Applicant`s residence do i need to mention whole adress including house number, street no. and colony name etc or just street number and colony name? as we have just numbers for streets no names.... as it will fill couple of lines so i dun think thats a problem

then in next section it asks for Applicantt`s last adress outside UNITED STATES.. now i have never been to states so do i need to mention my current adress same as above or should i type NA or None?

then below a section asks for This form is submitted in connection with an application for i guess i should check Status as permanent resident? is that rite? or shud i check other and specify.... what?

so that would be all my queries and thanks to who ever comes out and reply!

Yes

Just write down the address as it is (postal address)

then in next section it asks for Applicantt`s last adress outside UNITED STATES.. now i have never been to states so do i need to mention my current adress same as above or should i type NA or None?

You will put your current address

then below a section asks for This form is submitted in connection with an application for i guess i should check Status as permanent resident? is that rite? or shud i check other and specify.... what?

Check other and specify 'I-130 Petition'

so that would be all my queries and thanks to who ever comes out and reply!
