EAD 60-90 days. AP the same.

AOS can vary by quite a large margin, 4 months to Years depending on name checks, interview backlogs etc...

Yes 1010, and you may as well file an I-131 for an AP doc, it costs nothing, and is valid for 1 year.

OK, sorry to bombard you with questions...but you seem a very good person to ask, on the I-864, my husband (even though he starts an excellent job next month) is not sponsering me and his mum is ( we did it for k1 and so are sticking with it) So on the form does he put that he is the petitioner filing for immigration of relative and then on part 3 what does he tick?

And then does his mum tick 1D (I am the only joint spnser) and then part 3 tick yes.

Sorry, but i cant find the info anywhere and im confused....

The person who filed for the visa (Your husband) MUST be primary sponsor, so MUST provide an I-864, mother in-law can be a Joint sponsor and provide an I-864 indicating that she is a Joint sponsor.

Husband Checks A in part 1, and Checks 8, and Yes in part 3.

Mother Checks D in part 1, and does the same for part 3, 8
