I just tried to grab the linked PDF and got a dead end. I don't have time to browse the USCIS site to see if it was simply moved...wonder if they already changed something once again. It is hard to get a straight report out of them.

No, don´t be sorry.. come on.

It´s just that I won´t relax until I have my case back to where it was...

My interview was scheduled and then got recalled. I no longer trust good news, that´s all.

:)

It´s not that they would remove it.

They did remove it.

Even if you search for it. It´s not published online.

So how will this affect the ones who are still waiting circa January? Will it mean our approvals will be slower coming due to all of this?

IT´S BACK!!!!

?????

How crazy is this?

The statement is back and now I saved it to my computer!

I'm reading it - does anything look different? I'm so on edge I'm about to throw up - I cannot take this.

Thanks so much for the info. I just wonder how long it will take them to print out 10,000 RFE's to send out, and how much it will cost them to mail these. Then they will receive 10,000 back and have to go thru one by one. This could take a while, but I hope not. Why couldn't they keep these at the consulates to share the workload, and not cause such a delay in our timelines. If you were looking to hire a company, would you hire them????

It will not take long. Do you realize how many SS checks the government prints each day? All they need to do is put the reqired info into the computer and hit a button. The automation takes care of the rest. As soon as they get the final approval from OMB the letters will come quickly.

USCIS will begin immediately to issue RFEs to affected petitioners using an RFE template that has been approved and cleared by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

The new RFE form already approved!!! Read updated statement.

Great catch Igor - I couldn't even focus to see if there were any differences. So they removed it to rewrite that section. It now reads:

USCIS will begin immediately to issue RFEs to affected petitioners using an RFE template that has been approved and cleared by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

THANK GOD. Now hopefully we can all relax and get some rest - maybe even focus on other things for a bit!
