hello

need advise please . i am filing for natuarlization based on marriage but my wedding was overseas and documents are in foreign language translated sealed certified by my country state department from 4 years ago . do i need to get a new marriage certificate or the one from 4 years ago is good enough to file with my N-400? i appreciate any input

You are Ok with the old translation - I used old notarized statements in lieu of my birth certificate and they were OK. Some countries require fresh (not older than 6 months) wedding and/or birth certificates - USA doesn't. Good Luck

Feb 24 Biometrics

May 5 Interview - Centennial (Denver, Colorado) Passed

June 10 Oath Ceremony - Teikyo Loretto Heights, Denver, Colorado

July 7 Received Passport in 3 weeks

Shredded all immigration papers Have scanned images
