Hi All,

What would happen if my fiance received an offer to come work in America while our K1 is processing? Would this screw everything up if he received an H1 during this time?

12/12/08: Engaged

12/19/08: Sent I-129F to CSC

12/29/08: Received by CSC

12/30/08: NOA1

1/2/09: Touched

3/11/09: NOA2 (71 days after NOA1)

3/16/09: NVC Received

3/18/09: Left NVC

3/23/09: Consulate Received

3/30/09: Packet 3 Sent by Consulate

4/03/09: Packet 3 Received

4/04/09: Packet 3 Returned

4/17/09: Medical

5/13/09: Packet 4 Received

6/2/09: Interview- Approved, 154 days after NOA1

6/4/09: Visa Received

7/2/09: POE, Phoenix

7/9/09: Wedding

7/13/09: Sent AOS Packet

9/18/09: EAD Card Arrived

10/14/09: AOS Interview- Approved

10/14/09: Green Card Production Ordered

screw what up?

since you only need one visa you will need to decide on which one... since H1b is a "dual intent" visa it isnt problematic
