have a question my sister was petitioned by my dad 1997 she was then 19yrs old under f2a/f2b my father naturalizes 2002 so my sister case was then converted to f1 but now the nvc is asking if she would like to opt out of the conversion which of course would benefit her due to the current status visa availability for f2a/f2b. does it mean that if she gets an interview date at the embassy the consular office wont do the math of looking into if she qualified for f2a/f2b visa? Or is she covered under cspa that she can immigrate to US without any problem?
